The idea for rekōdo started after twenty-odd years of collecting and many trips to Tokyo digging in crates at Disk Unions. I wanted to create something that gives your collection the love it deserves and celebrates the passion of collecting records (rekōdo life).
rekōdo reads your collection the way a friend who's been digging for decades would: not as a spreadsheet, but as a set of decisions you've made over years. It finds the records you should own but don't. It tells you your collector archetype. It builds out artist deep dives so a name in your collection becomes a rabbit hole.
rekōdo is for people who want to know more about the records they already love.
